• 袋泡茶  Tea Bag

    Pick a tea cup you like and pour in boiled water to warm up the cup, wait for the heat to awaken the cup wall cells and pour out the water. Place the tea bag into the cup and have the cotton string hang by the edge, pour in boiled water again to awaken the tea aroma filled inside the bag, slowly and gradually wait for the tea teas to gently emit the natural fragrance of the environment. Shake the cup for awhile to release and infuse the tea color into the water.

  • 蓋杯茶  Tea Cup with Lid

    Rinse the cup with boiled water to increase pre-heat the tea cup. Take moderate amount of tea based on personal preference, which will determine the intent of tea drinking. Pour the water from top-down and along the edge of the cup. The tea teas rotate and expand according following the temperature, followed by covering the lip and wait for the tea to immerse. The floating tea aroma will be locked in and wait for the natural release of tea leave before serving.

  • 壺泡茶  Teapot

    Preheat the teapot with boiled water and place in moderate amount of tea leaves, preferably in 1/4 or 1/5 of the teapot. Dampen the tea leave with boiled water and pour out the water. The tea leaves will wake up at the right temperature. Pour in boiled water into the teapot again and cover with the lip. Rinse over the teapot with boiled water so that the lip temperature will be compatible to the pot temperature. Rinse the tea cup with boiled water to maintain the cup temperature and highlight the beauty of tea aroma. Carefully pour in the tea to the cup and enjoy.

  • 手工冷泡茶   Cold-Brewed Tea

    The amount of tea placed for brewing somewhat varies depending on the shape, type, roasting degree of tea leaves. In general, brew tea with water in the ration of 1:100. For example, add 5g of tea leaves into approximately 500c.c. cold water. Refrigerate for 4~6 hours until the refreshing and mellow taste of tea is released, the extracts of tea leaves is dissolved, then slightly mix well to drink.
